A lot can be hiding under a wooded property. Dense trees, brush, roots, stumps - all of it has to go before any real building can happen. That's exactly the kind of work we do at Brush Busters, and it's what we were dealing with here.
We came in with the equipment needed to get it done right. The Bobcat excavator handled the heavy digging and stump work while the dump truck hauled debris off site. Our guys also had a laser level on the ground, which matters a lot during site prep - you can't just eyeball grade when you're setting up a future build site. Getting the elevation right from the start saves a ton of headaches down the road.
Once the clearing was done, we cut in a gravel access path through the remaining trees. That pathway is a big deal. It gives contractors, delivery trucks, and equipment a way in and out without tearing up the cleared area or getting stuck in soft ground. It's one of those details that makes the whole job run smoother from that point forward.
The green survey flags you can see staked across the cleared ground tell the next part of the story - this land is prepped and ready for the next contractor to step in. That's the goal with every site prep job we do. Hand it off clean, level, and accessible.
Whether you've got a few acres of brush to deal with or a full wooded parcel that needs clearing for a new home or structure, we handle it all. Excavating, clearing, grading, access roads - we're set up to take a property from raw land to ready-to-build.
