Up in Gleason, we took on a wooded parcel that needed some serious work - dense understory, rocks scattered throughout, and no real access to speak of. The goal was simple: open up roughly an acre for a food plot and cut in a usable path so the owner could actually get in and out of the property without fighting through the brush.

Rocky ground is just part of the deal up here in northern Wisconsin. It slows things down, and you have to work around what the land gives you. That's not a complaint - it's just the reality of doing site prep in this part of the state. We know how to handle it, and the end result is what matters.

What you're looking at after the work is done is a clean, open floor between the timber. The thick understory is gone, the access corridor is cut, and the ground is ready for the next step - whether that's seeding, grading, or whatever the landowner has planned. Forestry mulching is a big part of how we get there. It processes the brush and small trees right on the spot, which means no burning, no hauling, and no giant debris piles left behind.

If you've got a piece of land that needs clearing - for a food plot, better access, or just to get some use out of it - this is exactly the kind of work we do. Rocky, overgrown, thick with brush. Doesn't matter. We'll work through it.
